Review Policy

Books vs Boys is currently accepting requests for book reviews! 

We accept e-books(.mobi/kindle preferred) and bound books in the following genres:

~New Adult/Contemporary Romance (this is our specialty!)

~Young Adult Romance

~ Contemporary Romance

~Romantic Suspense

~Erotica 

~Paranormal (on ocassion)

~Novellas (only if they really interest us)

We LOVE indie/self-published authors :)

If you're book fits into one of these categories please email us at booksvsboys@gmail.com with the following information:

Title

Genre

Publication Date

Length (word count)

Deadline (timeframe to be reviewed)

Synopsis and any other relevant information

OUR REVIEW POLICY:

Your book will be reviewed either by Debbie or Erin depending on the genre and time frame. 

Just because you submit a request does not guarantee that we will review it. We want to read every book that we come across, but unfortunately there just aren't enough hours in a day! When a request is submitted we will give you our best estimate on when we will post a review. We will do our best to meet any review deadlines, but again cannot 100% guarantee it. 

Reading is our passion and we do not accept any type of compensation for writing reviews. We cannot guarantee you that we will love your book or what rating it will receive. We will do our best to notify you before our review is posted and what it will contain. We are NOT book bashers here and we know that you authors put blood, sweat, and tears into each and every book you write and we do our best to respect your writing! With that said, we owe it to our followers to always review as honestly as possible. 

All reviews will be posted on our blog and shared with our followers on Facebook and Twitter. Most reviews will be posted on goodreads and Amazon as well. 

Also, you may want to consider offering a giveaway when your review goes live. We get twice as many hits/pageviews for a review that has a giveaway posted with it. For more information on this, just ask!
