Feature Follow Friday #3

Alison Can Read Feature & Follow

Feature and Follow is a weekly meme hosted every Friday by Parajunkee's View & Alison Can Read

How it works
  1. First thing first you leave your name on the bottom of one of the host sites , (Parajunkee's View & Alison Can Read using the linky tools — i didnt post it this week)
  2. then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and
  3. then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them “hi” in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!
Question:
Have you ever read a book that you thought you would hate -- ? Did you end up hating it? Did you end up loving it? Or would you never do that?
Answer
Ever one knows how much I hate books were the characters are not human (that include vampires, angels, gods although i did love sweet evil . etc ) after reading Fallen I vouched that I will never read another paranormal books again I swear it had to be one of the worst books I have read... anyways that beside the point. So because Of my hatred anything not human i was very to hesitant to read this books

Starcrossed (Starcrossed, #1)Starcrossed: When i first picked up starcrossed it was the cover that drew me in. I read the blurb but i was not to crazy about but I thought hey its only $1.50 and my boyfriend has just given me my monthly amazon £50 gift voucher  why he bought this one in dollars is beyond me) Now if you read this book you will know that this books beginning is not the most interesting and is quite slow sow when i started reading it. I was like this book is boring and I got my money refunded but then my school librarian kept saying its a really good read and i should at least wait til the 75 page. And boy did i love it when i started reading it again I am as of now waiting for the next book in the series : The goddess.

Here is a book i thought i would love but hated

Stolen Nights (Vampire Queen, #2)Stolen nights: OMG when this book came out I was over joyed I had loved the first book (about a vampire that becomes human)So when i realised that it would come to England 4 months before America I was dancing for Joy. But that was not the story when I read the book ... It was like the worst story I had ever read.I hated no scratch that hate is to nice of a word. There needs to be a new word to describe how much I despised this book. IT IN NO WAY HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE FIRST ONE. Omg its was so bad in the first book it had the like the first chapter of this book. Let me just say that it was not even in the second book. I think the author most have been hit on the back of the head and caught amnesia before the release date or something. Or maybe she most have had a mid life crisis before the release date of the book and just decided to right a whole book from scratch that was complete utter rubbish and nonsense  because even the blurb of the book was is not way the same as the book. How can someone be in love with someone for the WHOLE if one book. And then as soon as an old friend come back completely forgets about the guy she was saying she would die for in this first book!!!

Hey guys, Erin here! I thought I'd chime in on today's feature Friday. Normally I wouldn't pick up a book that I thought I wasn't going to like, but I won this e-book in a giveaway and thought what the hell, I'll give it a try. The books was:

Flesh (Flesh, #1) Flesh by Kylie Scott. I think it was the genre that made me hesitant: Post Apocalyptic Erotica. I didn't even know that there were books out there like this, but I ended up loving it! I gave it 5 scorching, zombie blasting stars! It was HOT, funny, and suspenseful. Flesh isn't only a zombie horror/adventure story. While that is the setting of Flesh and there is plenty of blood and carnage, the heart of this book is about three people trying to find love, trust, and safety in a post-apocalyptic world that is literally in shambles around them. The relationship that develops between the three is unique, but so is their situation. If you're looking for something out of the box and are an open minded reader, I highly recommend you give this one a try!

Question: What is the most emotional book scene you've ever read in a book and how did you react to it?

Answer:
I've have been racking brain thinking of a book this I got emotional about and then I found it hopeless. I don't want to spoil it but when she finds out about her past. Aaah I remember that day my boyfriend took me out to one of his family dinners he had been trying to get me to for ages. I was bored half way threw the meal so I took out my phone (have the kindle app on it). I read that science and I started bursting in to tear like literally in the middle of dinner I swear like the hole table thought I was crazy. My boyfriends mother trout it was because she said that the food wasn't nice in the restaurant.... Loool way to make a first impression she still thinks I'm crazy.

Another time was when I read the ending of consequences . I was so mad and shocked I threw my kindle across the library .... Well it broke .... And I got banned from the library for two weeks. The school as thought I was crazy and recommend me to see the school therapist!!
