I thought I would help celebrate by posting my never before seen 4.5 soul-shattering star review of Fallen Too Far. So without further ado:

Fallen Too Far by Abbi Glines

My Rating: Date Me Now (4.5 Stars)

Genre: New Adult Romance

Steam Level: Super Hot

I Love when I can really relate to a book and that happened with Fallen Too Far! I was born and raised in Alabama and now I live on the beach in FL right by where this book takes place, so I really connected with not only the characters but the location and scenery as well.

The characters of this book reached out and sucked me into their life within the first few paragraphs and I couldn’t put them down. I was up all hours of the night reading. There were moments during this book that had my heart twisting from the inside out, that had me blinking furiously to keep in tears, that had me giggling like a school girl, and sometimes all three of those things were happening at the same time!

I really liked the heroine, Blaire. Her attitude was refreshing even with all that she had been through, and she has had a heart-wrenching life. I didn’t like how she always jumped to conclusions about what people’s words or actions meant, but because of the way she was treated I couldn’t really blame her. My heart broke for her over and over again and I really NEED to see her get her happy ending.

I now have a new book boyfriend and his name is Rush. I think I’m slightly addicted to him ;) I salute you Abbi Glines, seriously every single word that came out of this guy’s mouth had my heart thumping, my panties wet, and even my eyes misting at times. Rush if full of flaws, but every one of them adds to his character and in some backwards way they made me love him even more.

The supporting characters really added to this story giving it even more depth and humor. Nan was horrific to Blaire, and while we see some of the reasons in Fallen Too Far I have a feeling that there is more for us learn in the next book. Bethy was hilarious and really countered Blaire well. I hope we see more of her! Grant and Woods were both sweet and swoon worth males, I can’t wait to read their stories as well. I even loved Blaire’s gay co-worker, Jimmy! There were just so many great characters (good and bad).

 The ending. Oh, the brutal ending, it left my heart breaking for these characters I have come to love! I knew it was coming, between other people’s reviews and the foreshadowing in the book it was obvious there was something big heading their way, but even though I thought I was prepared for it my heart, stomach, and a few tears hit the floor during the events of the last couple chapters. It was beautifully and sorrowfully written, I’m tearing up just thinking about it again.

Overall it was an amazing read that I will be recommending for sure. I just wanted more of it! This will NOT be my last Abbi Glines book, in fact I’m cutting this short because I’m off the read the sequel Never Too Far!
